Your four-week English practice planner

A flexible routine for building consistency before IELTS or PTE.

By Prani Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Week one: find your starting point Try representative tasks across listening, reading, writing and speaking. Record what feels difficult. Set goals you can observe, such as finishing a passage within a chosen time or explaining an idea clearly.

Week two: build focused habits Alternate targeted exercises with broader English use. Read an article and summarise its argument. Listen to a discussion and explain the speakers’ views. Write short paragraphs and revise them for clarity.

Week three: practise under time limits Use the official guidance for your chosen test when setting timings. Review errors after each session. Separate gaps in language knowledge from mistakes caused by rushing or misunderstanding instructions.

Week four: consolidate Revisit recurring mistakes and practise a balanced selection of tasks. Keep sleep and study routines manageable. Adjust this suggested plan to your starting level and test date; four weeks is not a guaranteed preparation period.

Put your preparation into practice.
